The note
We read the address and decide if we want that building.
Shrewsbury · property
Mantra Global deals in property. We buy a building, sell one we hold, or let a place we already have. Each enquiry is one address, and you say which of the three you want.
The work
A purchase puts a building in Mantra’s name. A sale passes a building we already own to a buyer. A let keeps the building in our name and gives someone else the right to occupy it for an agreed term.
We do not sell a house for another owner as an agent, and we do not take on a list of homes that are not ours.
Buy
You own it and you want Mantra to buy it. The email needs the full address, whether it is a house or a flat, and whether anyone still lives there.
We read the address and decide if we want that building.
If we do, the reply is a price. That price is the offer.
Solicitors complete the purchase into the company name.
Sell
You want a property we already own. Tell us the area and whether you want a house or a flat. We reply only if we hold one that fits.
The price is ours to set. A viewing is that one building, at a time agreed by email.
Let
A let is a building we own, offered for an agreed term. You tell us the area, how long you need, and whether it is for a household or a small office use we can allow.
The rent and the term are set by us. We do not let a building that belongs to someone else.
Shrewsbury
The side office is the company address. It is not a showroom. If a viewing is needed, it is at the property in the note, at a time we agree by email.
